Our Mission

Healthy Study Habits is a campaign that focuses on increasing community-wide awareness of the dangers of overconsumption of artificial energy for teenagers. These shortcuts for staying alert can include energy drinks, excessive caffeine, and all-nighters, which can negatively affect overall health. To address this, we aim to introduce our healthy studying habits to at least 100 students in our community by February of 2026
